Description/Item Details:Vintage used Gibson’s Discount Center “Where You Always Buy the Best for Less” wooden under car service station/workshop mechanic’s under car creeper. I recommend to be used as a display piece unless you are pretty light. Mechanically it works good. Details: 36″ long x 15-1/4″ wide x about 5″ sits off ground to top of headrest Weighs about 7 lbs. 8 oz.I am not sure the weight this can hold but the top piece of wood is pretty thin and I recommend using as a display only unless you are pretty light Dad sold his shop so we are selling tools/equipment/collectibles from the shop. Have a lot of other shop stuff for sale and will be listing more in the future. Condition: This creeper is far from perfect but it is still a pretty cool looking piece of history ideally to be used for display purposes. It is in good solid overall condition but there is 1 big crack which you can see in many of the photos. The crack is on the top side only and does not go all the way through to the back side. There are no other cracks that I see anywhere. The other big imperfection it appears to have some type of clear coat or polyurethane possibly splattered in spots here and there throughout mainly the middle area on and around the logo. There is 1 bolt and nut missing it appears on the very bottom by feet in the middle otherwise all hardware is there. Where the bolt is missing there is a small section maybe an inch or 2 long and 1/4 to 1/2 inch wide where a shallow chunk or gouge on the outer layer of wood has broke off. The padded headrest is in descent condition but it does have a lot of staining and some of the above mentioned splattered clear coat or whatever it is on it as well. Don’t see any rips or tears in the headrest and has descent padding. There are some light scuffs and scratches here and there throughout and some marks. Cross supports on bottom are in very nice condition, wheels are in very nice condition. Mechanically it works good. Sold as is. See photos for further details on condition. Any questions let me know.
