Showtime Fabrication is pleased to offer this direct pin-on hydraulic thumb kit to fit your Kubota mini excavator.This specific item will fit Kubota KX71, KX91, KX121, and U35 models using the factory Kubota quick attach system and will arrive with a flat black finish. If you do not use the factory quick hitch system, have a different coupler, direct pin-on bucket, or don’t know what you have, please get in touch with us to get you the right thumb that fits perfect. If you have a different model excavator, please see our other listings or contact us. All of our thumbs are backed by a 1 year warranty so buy with confidence knowing you are getting a high quality attachment that will stand up to your abuse. This is a complete thumb kit including USA hoses to fit the factory auxiliary hydraulic lines which come plugged from the factory, no trips to the hardware store. We have flat faced couplers available too for additional cost if you require them for your machine. Shipping to the lower 48 is also included. This specific thumb measures 13″ wide and features two 3/4″ thick AR400 steel tines which are CNC cut and specifically designed for grabbing rocks, brush, stumps, and more. We use our custom USA made 3000psi welded hydraulic cylinder with an induction hardened, chrome plated 1-1/2″ rod, and 1-3/8″ pin-ends to fit into the factory cylinder mount already on your machine. Please let us know if there is not a cylinder mount on your machine already. The hydraulic cylinder also utilizes a hardline from the front port to the base so that the hoses connect out of harms way, and finally we install replaceable bushings in the cylinder crosstubes for easy future maintenance. The cylinders are also fully rebuildable and utilize standard components. All pins are included with this kit including a longer main pin and they are turned from HT4142 USA steel to the appropriate spec. The main pin will be supplied with a countersunk grease fitting just like the factory one so you can still maintain the end of your stick. Protected grease fittings are provided at all pivoting locations so that all components of the thumb can be maintained. As you can see, we offer a completely turn-key thumb package that is hundreds of dollars less than the dealership while still offering incredible quality and components not found on the OE model.
