Once you have paid for your purchase/s, we aim to dispatch within 3 working days. We try our hardest to always honour this but please be aware that dispatch and delivery times can vary, either shorter or longer depending on various factors such as weekends, bank holidays, order demand, postal/courier services.

Most items will be sent via Royal Mail with delivery confirmation which allows us and eBay to see exactly when the shipment is delivered.

Larger/Heavy items will be sent via an appropriate courier service with tracking.

Please be aware that we cannot always tell a delivery service to leave your delivery somewhere specific, but we will try if requested. If requested to leave in a safe place without signing for, then you take full responsibility for it.

International shipments will be sent via the eBay Global Shipping Programme. Please be aware that we do not set the prices for this service. We can provide a non GSP international shipping quote if required.

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase but sometimes mistakes happen or you change your mind, so therefore, our returns policy is kept simple:

Change of mind – If you are not happy with your item please contact us first and make sure to include your order number and when asked to do so, please return the item in the original packaging and within 30 days. Goods must be returned carriage paid. We recommend sending any returns via a tracked/signed for service to avoid any losses which we cannot be held responsible for. Once we have received the item and it has passed our inspection for any use or damage, a refund of purchase price will be refunded to the same method as the original payment was made. Postage and packaging will not be refunded in these circumstances.

Faulty or incorrect – If however your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, again please contact us first and make sure to include your order number and when asked to do so return the item to us within 30 days and we will give you a full refund.
